Lifetime warranty is applicable only at the discretion of TFC and strictly for verified manufacturing defects. Mild steel products are excluded from lifetime warranty coverage. Any damage caused by usage, handling, modification, or installation is not covered. All claims must include an unedited video recorded before installation, and TFC reserves the right to approve, reject, or request additional proof before honoring any warranty

Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic: 3–7 business days once dispatched (carrier dependent).
  • International: 7–21 business days (customs/duties may add time).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on weight, destination and chosen carrier. Free shipping promotions (if any) are clearly displayed at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact support with your order number. We will coordinate with the carrier and either reship or refund per the investigation outcome.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns for eligible products within a specified window. The rules below are general — some products (e.g., custom items) may be final-sale.

Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for most items.
  • Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
  • Products marked as final-sale or non-returnable cannot be returned.

How to Return

  1. Open a support ticket or email support with your order number.
  2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item to the provided return address — keep tracking info.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund or exchange.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item. The original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
